  1.                Rules for the B_PROGRM echo mail conference
  2.  
  3. 1)  All the same rules apply that are stated within the general rules for
  4.     echomail within BlueNet.
  5.  
  6. 2)  No hi-bit ASCII or ANSI codes are allowed within this echo.  Many
  7.     systems cannot handle them.  Also, please do not use Renegade color
  8.     codes in this echo.  They may look nice on your Renegade system, but
  9.     they look like gibberish on any Non-Renegade system.
  10.  
  11. 3)  Please limit message lengths to 99 lines of text.  If a message or
  12.     source code require a length longer than that, please split it up into
  13.     several messages.
  14.  
  15. 4)  We are all human, and sometimes get off the main topic of this echo.
  16.     Please try to remain on topic.
  17.  
  18. 5)  All source code that is posted within this echo should be tested
  19.     first.  We want to help others with programming questions and 
  20.     problems.  If a piece of code is untested, please state so.
  21.  
  22. 6)  Comments within any source code is quite helpful, if you post any
  23.     source within this message echo, please try to comment it so 
  24.     that someone else can see what it is that you are trying to accomplish
  25.     within the code.

  27. 7)  Anyone caught discussing how to program a virus will be IMMEDIATLY
